I shopped around to replace an old, uncertified wood stove. Armstrong's was the only shop that recommended Jake come out to do a site assessment to better help me decide on the best stove for my usage. Jake gave me a detailed, printed estimate. He was honest in his responses to my questions even when those responses were not in his favor. Jake runs the business with integrity that puts the customer at ease. I will return to Armstrong's for any future purchases.

Armstrong’s Of Yakima is amazing! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive with any questions I may have. We just had our new Bullfrog spa delivered. The delivery was perfect, the spa is beautiful. We are first time spa owners with a lot of questions. They went above and beyond to explain everything and answer all of my questions. This actually is customer Kathy Stein. I couldn't get my iPhone to cooperate so that I could post a review. So I am at my daughter's home using her computer. Diego and Casey were the technicians that did my annual pellet stove and chimney cleaning. They both worked well together and did a great job. When the job was completed, they cleaned up their work area so it looked just like it did when they started. They stayed and answered several questions to my satisfaction and understanding. Our appointment for the installation of our new insert was 10 AM. The young men were here at 10 AM..!! Installation progressed in an orderly, tidy manner. These men were professional, informative, well-spoken and enjoyable. This was a wonderful experience.
