I shopped around to replace an old, uncertified wood stove. Armstrong's was the only shop that recommended Jake come out to do a site assessment to better help me decide on the best stove for my usage. Jake gave me a detailed, printed estimate. He was honest in his responses to my questions even when those responses were not in his favor. Jake runs the business with integrity that puts the customer at ease. I will return to Armstrong's for any future purchases.

Great company, great products, great prices and AMAZING customer service. I researched so many companies and they were by far the best in so many categories. They were fast friendly and knew their stuff. Install went great and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Plus, even after they installed our stove (2 years ago) their customer service still continues with any questions we may have. We would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for stove or spa services. We will be using them again in the near future with our new home we are building.

This actually is customer Kathy Stein. I couldn't get my iPhone to cooperate so that I could post a review. So I am at my daughter's home using her computer. Diego and Casey were the technicians that did my annual pellet stove and chimney cleaning. They both worked well together and did a great job. When the job was completed, they cleaned up their work area so it looked just like it did when they started. They stayed and answered several questions to my satisfaction and understanding. Had an old wood fireplace removed and replaced with a natural gas unit from Armstrong. The install was fast and the support was good. There were a few twists and turns with the install since the house was older and therefore not as straighforward for fitment but the experienced team knew what to do. Thanks Jake and crew!
