I shopped around to replace an old, uncertified wood stove. Armstrong's was the only shop that recommended Jake come out to do a site assessment to better help me decide on the best stove for my usage. Jake gave me a detailed, printed estimate. He was honest in his responses to my questions even when those responses were not in his favor. Jake runs the business with integrity that puts the customer at ease. I will return to Armstrong's for any future purchases.

Several weeks went by and it finally arrived but it Was the wrong one. He had a fireplace insert exactly like mine and he walked over to it and gave me the new one out of his stove. The Fireplace installation I think went very well, with a small alignment pipe to stove, but solved the problem quickly and efficiently and looked great when they were finished.
