These "new kids on the block" are amazing. Their communications are EXCELLENT and their service as well. I had a poorly installed cap from installer recommended by a long standing competitor and will no longer use their competition! Highly recommend using Armstrongs. Timely, communicative, fairly priced!

I shopped around to replace an old, uncertified wood stove. Armstrong's was the only shop that recommended Jake come out to do a site assessment to better help me decide on the best stove for my usage. Jake gave me a detailed, printed estimate. He was honest in his responses to my questions even when those responses were not in his favor. Jake runs the business with integrity that puts the customer at ease. I will return to Armstrong's for any future purchases.

Armstrong’s Of Yakima is amazing! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive with any questions I may have. We just had our new Bullfrog spa delivered. The delivery was perfect, the spa is beautiful. We are first time spa owners with a lot of questions. They went above and beyond to explain everything and answer all of my questions.
