Jake Armstrong

Owner/Manager

Jake grew up in the stove and spa business and is a managing member of Armstrong’s Yakima. He is NFI (National Fireplace Institute) Master Certified in gas, pellet, and wood fuel types. His extensive knowledge and experience in the industry will help you simplify your purchasing decision. His passion is to help each customer find the right product to fit your needs to help create comfort and add value to your home.

Amanda Armstrong

Assistant Manager

Amanda has been in the Hearth Industry for 7+ years. Her job is to help you find the perfect product for your home or parts for your unit. Her goal is to provide the best Customer Service for her Customers and to make sure that everyone is happy and safe.

Casey Graham

Lead Service Tech/Installer

Casey has been in the Service Department for over 6 Years Servicing Stoves, Inserts, Fireplaces and Spas and he is NFI (National Fireplace Institute) Master Certified in gas, pellet, and wood fuel types. His goal is to make sure his customers are warm and comfortable as well as making sure that the appliance is safe and dependable for your home.

Taylor Long

Lead Installer

Taylor is an Installer for Armstrong’s. He has been in the Hearth Industry for a couple of years. You will see him with his helper Bryce when they come out to Install, Sweep or Deliver your product. Their number 1 goal when at your home is to make sure things “Get Done” and “Get Done RIGHT!”.

Dexter

Dexter is a 9-year-old Mini Australian Sheppard mixed with Border collie. He celebrates his birthday every Halloween. Dexy likes to give a big Smile with every customer that walks through the door, please do not be afraid! He is a friendly dog who enjoys having his ball or rope thrown and LOVES scratches!

Chloe

Chloe is an 11-year-old Purebred Black Lab. She has had two litters of pups which gives her the nickname “Momma Dog.” She loves greeting everyone with her excited tail. If she is blocking the door with her excitement, just open it and she will move!
