We purchased our first ever hot tub from Armstrong. The owners are exceptional! They educated us on what we needed to know as new owners. They even did a house call after hours to help us. Can’t express how great the owners and employees of Armstrong are!

I recently had 2 service calls to replace parts for my gas fireplace. Amanda in the office was extremely helpful with scheduling and finding/ordering parts! Casey and Justin were friendly, efficient and hard working as they completed the installation. I would highly recommend Armstrong Stove and Spa Yakima! These "new kids on the block" are amazing. Their communications are EXCELLENT and their service as well. Great company, great products, great prices and AMAZING customer service. I researched so many companies and they were by far the best in so many categories. They were fast friendly and knew their stuff. Install went great and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Plus, even after they installed our stove (2 years ago) their customer service still continues with any questions we may have. We would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for stove or spa services. We will be using them again in the near future with our new home we are building.

Amanda and Jake were very helpful from the first time we went in to learn about and pick out our fireplace through the ordering process and installation. Amanda kept me advised of when the fireplace arrived and found the backing and firelog we wanted even though there were some supply issues through the pandemic. Our appointment for the installation of our new insert was 10 AM. The young men were here at 10 AM..!! Installation progressed in an orderly, tidy manner. Diego and Casey were the technicians that did my annual pellet stove and chimney cleaning. They both worked well together and did a great job. When the job was completed, they cleaned up their work area so it looked just like it did when they started. They stayed and answered several questions to my satisfaction and understanding. I recently converted my wood burning fireplace to a Valor gas insert and chose Armstrong’s in Yakima. What a wonderful experience it’s been! Amanda and Jake are knowledgeable and professional. They customized my backplate for the best fit and most aesthetically pleasing design. Installation was smooth, and they have been responsive and friendly about answering all my follow-up questions. I look forward to the first cozy fires on cool autumn nights. We are fortunate to have Armstrong’s here in Yakima!

Armstrong’s in Yakima just installed my grandfathers propane fireplace today. We are very satisfied with their customer service, quick installation, and ability to work with my grandfather’s limited budget. They offered payment flexibility that made this purchase a possibility. Would highly recommend them.

Had an old wood fireplace removed and replaced with a natural gas unit from Armstrong. The install was fast and the support was good. There were a few twists and turns with the install since the house was older and therefore not as straighforward for fitment but the experienced team knew what to do. Thanks Jake and crew!

What a great experience, Diego & Casey were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The Fireplace installation I think went very well, with a small alignment pipe to stove, but solved the problem quickly and efficiently and looked great when they were finished. They left with everything very neat and clean. Thank you. If there were 10 stars, I would have given them all 10!

I shopped around to replace an old, uncertified wood stove. Armstrong's was the only shop that recommended Jake come out to do a site assessment to better help me decide on the best stove for my usage. Jake gave me a detailed, printed estimate. He was honest in his responses to my questions even when those responses were not in his favor. Jake runs the business with integrity that puts the customer at ease. I will return to Armstrong's for any future purchases.

I purchased a fireplace insert from another dealer And the firepot broke in half. Armstrong was just Arriving in Yakima and helped me order one. Several weeks went by and it finally arrived but it Was the wrong one. He had a fireplace insert exactly like mine and he walked over to it and gave me the new one out of his stove. Out of the Kindness of his heart. Great guy, great business. 25 years experience in the business. Go see him. You will like him. Located over on Mead Ave.

Armstrong’s Of Yakima is amazing! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive with any questions I may have. We just had our new Bullfrog spa delivered. The delivery was perfect, the spa is beautiful. We are first time spa owners with a lot of questions. They went above and beyond to explain everything and answer all of my questions.
